The KQDQ+KQDH series of high-pressure pumps are the latest generation of products independently developed by Kaiquan based on the mature KQDQ series. The product adopts a brand-new industrial hydraulic structure design, with energy efficiency indicators reaching MEI ≥ 0.7. It features energy conservation, low noise, environmental friendliness, compact structure, attractive appearance, light weight, convenient use and maintenance, and high reliability.
The dual-pump system formed by the series connection of KQDQ and KQDH can generate a pressure of 45 bar. KQDQ is a feed water pump, with the same rotational direction as the standard product. KQDH is a specially designed vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a special motor. The rotational direction of the pump is opposite to that of the feed water pump, and the runner cavity is reversed, with the flow direction of the conveyed liquid being opposite. This design ensures that the outer casing and mechanical seal only bear the outlet pressure of the feed water pump, enhancing reliability.
