The second-generation KQWH and KQH series single-stage horizontal and single-stage vertical chemical pumps are the new generation of single-stage chemical pumps innovatively developed by Kaiquan based on the original chemical pumps. Fully considering the special structural requirements of chemical pumps during use, and drawing on advanced structural experiences at home and abroad, the shaft adopts a split shaft and special sleeve shaft structure. It features a simple structure, high concentricity, low vibration, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance.
It is widely applicable to the transportation of cold and hot water with certain corrosiveness in some fields such as the chemical industry, oil transportation, some acids, alkalis, salts, air conditioning, heating, domestic water supply, environmental protection, water treatment, cooling and refrigeration systems, liquid circulation and water supply, pressurization and irrigation, etc. The volume of solid insoluble substances in the medium does not exceed 0.1% of the unit volume, and the particle size is less than 0.2mm, similar to water medium.
