The KZE series of petrochemical process pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, radially split casing, center-supported, cantilevered centrifugal pumps. This series of products adopt excellent hydraulic model design, featuring high efficiency and good cavitation performance.
1. Designed and manufactured in accordance with API610, it conforms to the API610 OH2 pump type.
2. A balanced hole with a sealing ring structure is provided to balance the axial force.
3. The impeller is securely fixed to the pump shaft by an impeller nut with a steel wire insert.
4. The pump body adopts a volute structure. For outlets larger than DN80, a double volute structure is used, which can better balance the radial force and ensure the rigidity of the rotor.
5. The pump cover is designed with high rigidity, strong pressure resistance and high reliability. It is equipped with a cooling/insulation cavity, making it suitable for various medium working conditions.
6. The pump body, pump cover and impeller are all equipped with replaceable wear-resistant sealing rings. The clearance and hardness of these rings comply with the requirements of API610 standards, ensuring a long service life and easy replacement.
7. The dimensions of the sealing cavity comply with the requirements of API682 standard and can be equipped with various forms of mechanical/dry gas seals and auxiliary systems.
8. The bearings are lubricated by splash lubrication with a thin oil bath (or oil mist lubrication). The oil level is adjusted by a constant level oil cup. The bearing box is cooled by air cooling or water cooling (jacket and coil).
9. The safe and reliable labyrinth dust-proof disc can also be equipped with bearing isolators and magnetic oil seals, effectively preventing lubricating oil leakage and the entry and exit of external contaminants into the bearings, thereby enhancing the service life of the bearings.
10. The selection of materials for the flow components can be configured according to API standard materials based on the working conditions, or materials can be selected according to the user's requirements.
It is suitable for conveying clean or slightly contaminated, neutral or slightly corrosive, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids without solid particles.
It is widely used in the oil refining, petrochemical, chemical, coal chemical, environmental engineering, papermaking, marine, non-ferrous metals, power, food and pharmaceutical industries.
