Kaiquan high precision test bench successfully passing the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements

In February 2023, Kaiquan's "high-precision multi-functional pump hydraulic model test bench" successfully passed the evaluationofscientific and technological achievements organized by the Chinese Hydraulic Society of the Ministry of Water Resources.


The evaluation of the results went through the field test witness, field review, conference evaluation and other links. The expert group is composed of experts and leaders from China Irrigation and Drainage Development Center of the Ministry of Water Resources, China Research Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower, General Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Planning of the Ministry of Water Resources, Tsinghua University, China Agricultural University, Hohai University, Jiangsu University, Zhejiang Water Resources and Hydropower Survey and Design Institute, Jiangsu Water Resources Survey and Design Institute and other units.


The meeting reached the evaluation conclusion: "The total uncertainty of the test bench efficiency test is better than 0.25%. It is of great significance to promote technological innovation in the pump industry and improve the overall technical level and international competitiveness of Chinese pump industry."


The high-precision multi-functional pump hydraulic model test bench is mainly used for theCompany's hydraulic research and development, as well as testing, verification, and research on the performance of efficient hydraulic models,and the test bench test headis up to 160m,thetest flowis 1.5m³/s,the matching DC motor power of the model pump is 315kW,thetest speedisup to 1,800r/min. It can complete tests on efficiency, cavitation, runaway characteristics, four-quadrant, water pressure pulsation, and force characteristics etc, and the test bench improves theCompany's ability to research and test and verify hydraulic models, and plays a positive role in the research of hydraulic models and the cooperation of scientific research projects.
